The GAP Analysis takes the problem defined by the BIA and compares it to what you now have in place. If what you have in place will NOT satisfy the needs defined by the BIA, the GAP will be identified and included in the GAP Analysis Report.

2. We compare your current business continuity capabilities to the needs defined by the BIA
3. We document and report the results

Work with our consultants to identify your current business continuity capabilities. We do most of the legwork, but we must have your help!

Deliverables:
  • Identification of current business continuity capabilities
  • Analysis of current capabilities against those needed (as defined by the BIA)
  • Documentation of Analysis results
    • Where current capabilities are adequate
    • Where current capabilities are inadequate
  • Mapping back to the BIA by function/process
  • Presentation of results to management, either remotely or in person - your choice!
